On May 25, 2023, the Chairman of the Chamber of Control and Accounts of Moscow Victor Dvurechenskikh took part in the Eurasian Economic Forum of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU)

To enhance cooperation across the Eurasian region, the 2nd Eurasian Economic Forum was held in Moscow on May 24-25 within the framework of Russia's chairmanship of the EAEU. The event was attended by over 2,700 representatives of the government agencies, business community, international organizations and the media.

As part of the forum, Viktor Dvurechenskikh, the Chairman of the Chamber of Control and Accounts of Moscow, spoke at the session of the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation «Innovative development and growth of the EAEU economies: the effectiveness of state institutions».

The session participants discussed the potential contribution of the audit bodies to create favorable conditions for innovation and the implementation of advanced technologies in EAEU member states and their partners, as well as issues of ensuring the quality of public administration, creating conditions for high-tech markets and achieving technological sovereignty, high-tech entrepreneurship, the creation of innovation clusters, and the development of an environment for the continuous renewal of academic staff.
