Paramonov Alexander Victorovich

Paramonov Alexander Victorovich was born on July 10, 1980 in Moscow. He graduated from State University of Land Use Planning and is a Candidate of Economic Sciences.

Paramonov A.V. works in the Chamber of Control and Accounts of Moscow since 2008.

He has consistently filled positions from a of chief inspector, adviser, deputy head of department, deputy head of inspection and head of inspection of the Chamber of Control and Accounts of Moscow.

Paramonov A.V. has a class rank of the state civil service of the city of Moscow “the Valid state adviser of the city of Moscow of I class”.

He is the author of more than 10 scientific publication on issues of external state financial control and government audit.

He was also regarded with the Honorary diploma of the Chamber of Control and Accounts of Moscow (2011), Gratitude of the Chairman of the Chamber of Control and Accounts of Moscow (2011), Gratitude of the Mayor of Moscow (2019), Honorary title of the City of Moscow the Merited Economist of the City of Moscow (2024).

Since March 17, 2024 by the regulation of Moscow City Duma Paramonov A.V. was appointed the Auditor of the Chamber of Control and Accounts of Moscow.
